About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Fleet Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Hendra.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of scheduled servicing with workshops & drivers
- Allocation of vehicles, driver ID tags, fuel cards & etags
- General maintenance of databases
About you
Are you the person CV needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be!
- No fleet or automotive experience required
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Proactive and detailed
- Strong experience with MS Office, excel in particular
- Strong experience with systems and data
- Ability to communicate via phone, email & in person
