Bookkeeper

Our client offers interesting and varied, full end-to-end bookkeeping work in a flexible setting.  Great opportunity to join an established and continually growing bookkeeping business with friendly clients across multiple industries, with in-house support from CFO and other staff as required.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• End-to-end general bookkeeping duties using Xero;
• Accounts payable;
• Accounts receivable;
• Processing of Payroll;
• Management of onboarding and offboarding employees;
• Soft File and hard file record keeping
• Superannuation
• Preparation of IAS, BAS, Payroll Tax
• Cashflow Reporting & Management
• Management Reporting 
• Xero data entry and reconciling of bank feeds
• Supplier payments

Hours:
Part time with a minimum of 24 hours per week. 
 
Location:
Hybrid. Predominately WFH.  Experienced bookkeepers should be able and happy to commute to key clients in various metro locations once a month.
 
Skills/Experience:

• High level Xero skills and experience is a pre-requisite.
• Sound communication and presentation skills due to some client facing work.
• Completed or working towards CertIV;
• Xero: strong skills and experience essential;
• Must have min 2 years of contract bookkeeping experience

These positions will allow the successful candidates to work on multiple client Xero files and is an opportunity to learn about all things small business.
