Responsibilities:
- Manage complex tasks including travel arrangements with meticulous coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining the company's professional standards and service excellence.
- Manage and oversee all personal schedules and agendas with utmost discretion.
- Coordinate comprehensive internal and external meetings, including conference calls, video conferencing, and logistics across various time zones.
- Handle monthly expense reports with precision and compliance.
- Manage call management with discretion and efficiency.
- Serve as a Business Partner, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and integration within the executive team.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive company development.
- Proactively anticipate and address potential issues, showcasing exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Provide critical business support and conduct general administrative tasks with acute attention to detail.
- Be willing to undertake additional duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility, warmth, and dedication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting, supporting multiple senior executives effectively.
- Experience in the financial services, professional services and legal sector is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and strategic support.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Outlook and solid capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
