As an Executive Assistant - Executive Office, you will be responsible in providing a high and consistent standard of administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Monitoring the GMs reporting emails and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms
- Answering and routing incoming telephone calls
- Responding to enquires for VIP clients at Park Hyatt Sydney
- Organising and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the General Manager or Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms may require
