We are seeking an exceptional On-site Property Manager to deliver first-class end-to-end tenancy and property management services for a portfolio of properties in Kangaroo Point. This unique opportunity includes on-site living in a 2 bedroom apartment and a requirement to respond to afterhours emergencies within the building.

The Role:
- Managing an end-to-end portfolio of properties.
- Free on-site accommodation in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
- Respond to afterhours emergencies within the building.
- Provide our owners and tenants with exceptional customer service.
- Participate in fortnightly Property Management Meetings to ensure effective information sharing in a timely manner.
- Work to help protect and promote the company culture and morale.
- Use of Property Me software, Ignite, Teams, Outlook, Monday.com.
- Working closely with our On-Site Caretaking team for building related matters and compliance with By-Laws.
- As we expand further, off-site management of properties with incentives.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintenance management to ensure repairs and maintenance is conducted in a timely manner.
- Properties to be inspected and reported on with clear, concise and detailed reports
- Follow up with relevant contractors to ensure works are completed within a timely manner and to a reasonable standard
- Send all inspection reports to property owners and identify required actions
- Send inspection reports to tenants and identify required actions and follow up with tenant regarding their responsibilities.
- Conduct Entry and Exit inspections on properties within the required times frames and complete required actions
- Do all as instructed by the Lessor provided that it is legal and within our Appointment to Act
- Support to handle and manage complaints using a Complaints Register & Procedure and provide reports to Management as applicable
- Support co-workers to achieve solutions to day-to-day Property Management issues
- Demonstrate excellent communication & interpersonal skills
