You must be reliable with a positive can-do attitude, have a high level of motivation, and excellent organisational skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for coordinating the maintenance and repairs of the RCT fleet.
- Ensure all plant and Equipment is maintained to a high standard and is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyse data and costs & provide recommendations to the business on fit for purpose fleet & purchase/lease arrangements.
- Establishing maintenance and compliance management plans for Fleet and Equipment.
- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and increase operational readiness.
- Input and manage data in RAMCO system
- Daily, weekly and monthly executive reports as requested
- General administrative duties.
Key Requirements
- Have 2+ years experience working in the Transport and Logistics Industry
- Have the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and targets;
- Have the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong/High Level of computer skills (High Level Excel Skills desirable)
- Knowledge of transport/ Warehouse management software packages.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- NHVR accreditation TLIF0006
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial
