Job description:
THE POSITION
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a professional medical transport organisation. The successful individual will have responsibility for management of vehicles, medical, training, and communication equipment.
The successful individual will work as primary person responsible for vendor management ensuring that the business gets the best value for money from its supply chain, maintenance and servicing suppliers.
Key accountabilities of this role also include:
* Manage vehicles, medical and training equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost effective vendors and services are sourced.
* Manage property maintenance and communication equipment.
* Assist in managing vendor accounts.
* Ensure all biomedical test schedules for medical and training equipment are scheduled and carried out in accordance with the manufacturers instruction or industry/regulatory requirements.
* Provide regular reports and general support to the business.
* Comply with Wilson Medic One Policies and Procedure and customer contractual KPI's.
* Maintain administrative records and schedules.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this position you will have:
* Previous work experience in fleet and asset environment.
* Ability to deal with key stakeholders.
* Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft suite including excel.
* Well organised and skilled in communicating with people.
* Self-motivated and ability to manage own workload in a time efficient manner.
* Full Driver's License.
