THE POSITION
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a professional medical transport organisation. The successful individual will have responsibility for vendor management of vehicles, medical, training, business and communication equipment as well as all our facility at Perth.
The successful individual will work as primary person responsible for vendor management ensuring that the business gets the best value for money from its supply chain, maintenance and servicing suppliers.
Key accountabilities of this role also include:
- Manage vehicles, medical and training equipment
- Manage properties and communication equipment across the operations within the business
- Manage vendor accounts
- Ensure all biomedical test schedules for medical and training equipment are scheduled and carried out in accordance with the manufacturers instruction or industry/regulatory requirements
- Provide regular reports and general support to the business
- Comply with Wilson Medic One Policies and Procedure and customer contractual KPI's
- Maintain administrative records and schedules
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Tertiary qualification
- Previous work experience in fleet and asset environment
- Ability to deal with key stakeholders
- Well organised and skilled in communicating with people
- Self-motivated and able to drive excellence in a team environment
- Full Driver's License
