Fleet Production Coordinator
This opportunity offers:
- Temporary employment for a period up to 30 June 2026
- Full time role & 35 hour working week
- Attractive annual salary $107,458 - $118,942 p.a. plus 11% superannuation
- Location: Glendenning (hybrid/flexible working arrangements considered)
- Limited free on-site parking
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- A Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Administration, Fleet or Project Management) or equivalent expertise
- A current Driver Licence or HR Driver Licence (or willingness to obtain) with the ability and willingness to travel (desirable)
- Competency in MS Office applications
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in coordinating production plans and scheduling, which includes maintaining a governance structure around builders and suppliers to effectively manage the supply chain
- Experience in preparing reports on contract management and supplier performance reports
- Experience in cost allocation exercises in line with budgetary compliance
- Genuine appreciation and understanding of a volunteer-based community service
