Your new role
- Develop a consistent approach to the maintenance of machinery and vehicles across the fleet.
- Schedule all maintenance and repairs for the fleet with operations and workshop
- Ensure all maintenance targets are met and corrective works are completed on time.
- Work with and lead maintenance resources to provide and enact a comprehensive maintenance plan.
- Help Development and implement effective preventative maintenance plans
- Assist with parts orders, purchase orders and workorder paperwork
Your skills and experience
- Experience in vehicle maintenance/servicing/dealer admin/service advising or parts ordering - beneficial for this role
- Ability to multitask, make quick decisions and have a good memory to ensure up time of fleet is maintained
- Ability to independently evaluate, and forecast upcoming work
- Comfortable working in dealer management systems and excel
- Negotiation with subcontract suppliers
- Build and maintain relationships with external 3rd parties and internal fleet mangers
- Enjoy working in a busy environment
