The Opportunity:
As a Fleet Manager you will be tasked with managing all of the Komatsu activities in relation to Komatsu Equipment on the United Wambo JV site in a safe and cost-efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all activities such as maintenance, carried out by Komatsu Personnel and its sub-contractors comply with safety management plans and HSE Policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s fleet operations.
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaborating with parts and service departments to meet deadlines and customer needs.
- Actively engaging in all HSE initiatives, Take 5’s, toolbox talks, safety observations and audits.
Role Located: Mt Thorley, NSW
Roster: Monday to Friday

What we are looking for:
- A valid motor vehicle license.
- An excellent understanding of and commitment to safety.
- High sales skills with strong customer focus.
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels with a demonstrated interest and understanding of customer production and maintenance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel.
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills and drive to achieve goals.
