- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams and vendors to develop project plans, schedules and budgets for programs delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential project delays or challenges.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for project implementation.
- Monitor project progress against established milestones and identify deviations from the plan, implementing corrective actions as required.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks and areas for improvement.
- Support project managers in identification and resolution of issues related to project scheduling, resource allocation and budget management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learnt and identify opportunities for process improvement.
About you:
- Proven experience as a scheduler/planner (preferably in large-scale, complex projects).
- Proficiency in MS Project or P6.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
