ABOUT THE ROLE…

As a Fleet Services Officer you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks within the Fleet Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person looking to start their career within the Fleet Industry and to utilise their existing customer service skills.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Completing administrative tasks such as registrations, fuel management, infringement and toll management
  • Timely and accurate ordering, dispatching and cancellation of fuel cards
  • Maintaining accurate and meaningful internal records
  • Responding to clients and internal enquiries regarding Fleet Services related matters in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to Fleet Services team as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE...

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - someone who meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress

  • Someone who can resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely, effective manner

  • High level of proficiency in software packages with advanced level of spread sheeting and word processing skills

  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening, probing skills
