ABOUT THE ROLE
As the incumbent in this role, you'll be tasked with nurturing key relationships within a specific client portfolio. Your responsibility will include crafting and implementing plans aimed at surpassing sales and growth objectives. Your focus will be on uncovering diverse commercial avenues for SG Fleet's advancement.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Foster strong client relationships and partnerships, ensuring commitments are met promptly and addressing any issues. Maximize the use of SG Fleet's Novated Capability.
• Proactively identify and share new client opportunities across departments to enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth.
• Stay attuned to client needs, promptly addressing any concerns and meeting contractual obligations.
• Lead client reviews and visits regularly.
• Explore upselling opportunities and understand client needs for revenue growth.
• Continuously improve selling skills to stay ahead in the market.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in sales, marketing, or related field
• Experience in building relationships with senior corporate managers
• Proven success in business development and achieving results
• Track record in strategic account management or novated/salary packaging
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of Australian Fleet Management and Salary Packaging industry
• Numeracy skills for understanding finance and tax concepts
• Ability to work independently
• Business acumen and commercial awareness
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
• Familiarity with industry compliance and regulations
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you have sales and Relationship Manager experience and can demonstrate resilience, initiative, and high energy to overcome sales challenges and pursue business opportunities persistently, while building trust and rapport through a collaborative and engaging work approach, with a strong commitment to integrity and professional ethics.
