Our Solids Waste Services Business is Australia’s leading provider of Commercial Waste, making a safer, sustainable future possible for the sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Team.
Based on site at Northgate, Brisbane, you will report to the Administration Supervisor. You will be the linchpin addition to this high-performing team that facilitates the ongoing administration & Customer Establishment processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
The role is site-based, and we offer Monday – Friday rotating start shifts between the team.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on role working with the Customer Establishment team.
Set up and activate new customer accounts.
Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance deadlines.
Communicate openly and effectively with other departments to meet business objectives and maintain positive Internal stakeholder relationships.
Ensure the customer master data accurately reflects the customer's needs and requirements.
Ensure the database integrity of CRM (Salesforce, VRP, JDE) by practicing effective quality control.
Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web, and email.
Data entry – Service bookings and driver run changes and updates.
About you:
IT savvy and competent across the MS Office suite and various CRM tools, and able to quickly pick up on new technology.
Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role or office environment. Background in logistics, supply chain, customer service or sales support will be advantageous.
You are well organised and can prioritise multiple deadlines with exceptional time management abilities.
You have high attention to detail and accuracy with your data entry skills.
A flair for customer service and a high level of communication, including telephone etiquette, customer maintenance, handling complaints and remaining calm under pressure.
