**Positions Available:**
**FOH Casual Position (25+ hours):**
- 2+ years of experience in a table service restaurant setting.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Passion for all things delicious.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional table service.
- Ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
**Preferred Abilities:**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sake

**Position: Assistant FOH Manager (Full-Time)**
To be equipped for success within Shobosho all elements of this role will be supported by the Managing Partner & FOH Manager
**What we are looking for:**
**Leadership:** Lead and inspire an energetic team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
**Guest Experience:** Create the ultimate guest experience by actively engaging with customers, assessing enjoyment, and addressing any service concerns promptly.
**Organisational Skills:** Utilise proven organisational skills to prepare and organise the restaurant for service, maximising floor capacity, and overseeing training and supervision of the service team.
**Financial Acumen:** Demonstrate strong financial acumen, managing cost of goods, labour, and stock control to contribute to overall financial success.
**Managerial Experience:** Apply proven managerial experience to oversee day-to-day operations effectively. 2+ years of experience.
**Conflict Resolution:** Exhibit skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation to maintain a positive work environment and handle customer issues professionally.
**Preferred Abilities:**
**WSET Level 2 or above** A strong understanding of wines and spirits, enhancing the beverage experience for our guests.
**Experience with Fire/Asian Cooking Techniques:** Previous experience in a restaurant setting with a focus on fire or Asian cooking techniques is highly preferred.
**Passion for Sake and Wine:** A genuine love for sake and wine, contributing to a rich and diverse beverage experience for our guests.
