About Us: The Arlberg House boasts over 65 rooms and four distinct Food and Beverage areas, offering a platform to showcase your culinary expertise. The Role: As our Food and Beverage Manager, you'll report directly to the Licensee and oversee the day-to-day operations across our four outlets. Leading a talented team, you'll create memorable experiences for our guests while driving profitable growth. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for building positive, proactive environments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of management experience in a busy hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage operations
- Current RSA certificate
- Hands-on management style with excellent people skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
