The role 

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The role will report directly to the Licensee and is responsible for managing & overseeing the Food & Beverage department including day to day operations across 4 outlets.

Lead the F&B team in creating memorable hotel experiences for guests. 

The successful applicant will possess:

• A minimum of 4 years previous management experience and strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy hotel, particularly F&B of course. 
• Current RSA certificate
• A hands-on approach to management
• A friendly, self-motivated personality with excellent people skills
• A passion for the hospitality industry with the ability to create a positive and proactive working environment.
