The Innovation Marketing Manager for RTD & Cider spearheads the creation of a game-changing product pipeline in the RTD category, driving our goal of achieving over 50% of total company NSV growth through innovation.
This role is all about sparking creativity, from ideation to manufacturing, to propel CUB's portfolio strategy forward. As the driving force behind key innovation projects, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to bring innovative concepts to life and ensure they succeed in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a long-term innovation engine that will continue to operate productively and efficiently – so that creative ideas travel from concept to commercialization to maturity.
- Furnish, promote and oversee the innovation pipeline, cross functional enablement, duties and responsibilities.
- Review innovation strategy & projects and recommend changes/additions to strategy and key priority projects.
- Lead cross functional teams to deliver projects through the formal gate, pre-alignment, and PMR processes.
- Full leadership of innovation and renovation projects on all RTD and Cider brands; including NTW development in areas of opportunity.
- Lead the Ideation, scope, alignment and design of concepts in partnership with internal and external (customers and agencies) stakeholders.

Other qualities we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in brand management and within a commercial led function.
- Consumer goods industry experience essential.
- Business Case orientated and project management skills.
- Cross functional experience (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- Highly skilled in consumer insight and/or ideation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to share learning and motivate/influence others.
- Experience within the Innovation space highly desirable.
