We have an exciting opportunity at Spicers Balfour Hotel. As our new Food and Beverage Superstars, you will be an integral part of delivering the bespoke Spicers Retreats experience to our guests.

Here's what you'll do
- Curate an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish;
- Forge loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele;
- Maximize and identify opportunities to sell products & experiences that suit the needs of our guests.
This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role
- Prior experience in fine dining, hatted or high end restaurant environment;
- Ability to hold a section on your own and work autonomously;
- A genuine love for great food & wine including making cocktails;
- A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature;
- Ability work evenings and weekends as required;
- A reliable vehicle to get to and from work.
