- Quality and Speed: Ensure the highest quality, accuracy, and speed in product delivery at all times.

Key Duties Include:
- Reporting directly to Store Manager/Owner or Supervisor.
- Hands-on food and beverage service and production.
- Maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
- Participating in innovation and changes to the business as directed by management.
- Leadership within a team environment to build a productive team.
- Cost control and ongoing training for team members.
- Communication with team members to optimize service levels.
- Planning and coordination to ensure efficient café operations.
- Merchandising, sales techniques, and store security.
- Compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and store cleanliness.
- Assistance in all areas of the premises as required.
- Contribution to the profitability and success of the Shingle Inn Network.
