The opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete Food and Beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
- Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise the Food and Beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is essential
- Experience with property management systems - OPERA or MICROS advantageous
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Current RSA
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
