Our Hotel
The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney is a Heritage Listed 364 room, five-star classic hotel located between Sydney's best shopping and the Sydney Opera House.
The Role
We have a fantastic fulltime opportunity for a motivated, friendly and organised Food & Beverage hospitality professional to lead our In-room dining and Banquets team and assist in other outlets as required. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our various outlets including the Lady Fairfax Room, Fax Bar, in-room dining and Business Class Lounge. The initial focus will be on our in-room dining and banquets operation.
About You
- Previous experience in leading a Food & Beverage team.
- Exceptional communication skills (you will work closely with other Food & Beverage teams in the hotel, including the Conference & Events and Kitchen Team and have direct contact with the guests at the hotel).
- Excellent attention to detail and be genuinely enthusiastic about making our guests experience as positive as possible.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience on developing and motivating staff
- Working knowledge of Micros would be extremely beneficial but not essential.
- Hold a current NSW RSA card.

Pay Rates
This is a full time opportunity, you will be expected to be available for rotating shifts from Monday - Sunday. Our rates are as per the Hospitality Industry General Award. This position is a Level 5.
