The first to open was voco™ Brisbane City Centre which offers 194 guest rooms, 11 meetings rooms, 2 F&B outlets, a Fitness Centre & Rooftop Pool. Soon to follow was the Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre with 212-rooms and the incredible new Izakaya Publico Restaurant and Bar 1603.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will help in creating an exciting, innovative, and memorable hotel experience for all guests whilst working with a well-rounded and highly motivated F&B team. You have a passion for all things hospitality and love making genuine human connections and contributing to awesome guest experiences. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be passionate about motivating, developing and maintaining a high performing and dedicated team.

Position Requirements:
- Love & live the brand and be a great ambassador of voco hotels.
- Exceptional knowledge and absolute passion for Food and Beverage.
- Lead the team and support the Meetings and Events Operations Manager in strategic running of events and conferences.
- Show leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of Food and Beverage.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management.
- Assist with staff rostering, training and development initiatives.
- Develop and outline targets for the team in line with the overall company strategy to achieve goals and objectives.
You will possess:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a leadership role within the hospitality sector.
- Outstanding food, wine and service knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop the team.
- A valid QLD RSA is required.
- The ability to multi-task and keep up with a busy paced environment.
- The ability to move tables & chairs for room set ups comfortably.
- Professional verbal communication skills and strong eye for detail.
- Impeccable hygiene, grooming and presentation.
- Flexibility to work over 7 days, including weekends & public holidays.
