Social Executive at POEM
FULL TIME/PART TIME

Poem Group is seeking a Social Executive to join our team.
Reporting to the Social Account Director, you will work closely with our Social / Studio team to help lead the day-to-day running of our impressive portfolio of social clients. Clients include Canva, Sony PlayStation, Oporto, Impossible Foods and more.
We’re looking for this role to commence immediately, with an opportunity to develop your skill set in both organic and paid social.

Responsibilities
Support the Social Account Director in the day to day management of social accounts
Drafting social post captions
Drafting social content briefs
Write up and develop social content ideas, including storyboarding and scripting
Draft social captions, storyboarding and scripting
Assist in organic & paid social reporting and analysis
Assist in setting up and optimising paid social campaigns
Contributing to ideas for retainer and project activities
Assist in the execution of social content creation, working alongside the studio team to support them at shoots where needed
Account management – from day to day account admin to attending client WIPs, scheduling meetings and taking notes
Understand and keep up to date with social and cultural trends
We’d like you to have the following attributes:
1-2 years social marketing experience
Paid social experience preferred, but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A curious mind and interest in paid social
Ability to work collaboratively
