Form of workWe are currently seeking vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to create memorable customer experiences that our restaurants and bars are renowned for. Whether you are an experienced hospitality professional or looking to kick-start your hospitality career, we want to hear from you. We currently have full time (38hrs per week) & part-time (16-36hrs per week) positions available across a number of restaurants & bars.
To be successful, you will need a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, flexible availability and a passion for customer service. Key Selection Criteria:Proven experience within a restaurant/bar setting will be highly regarded but is not a must
Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment Commitment and passion for providing outstanding customer service Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
Availability to operate within a 24/7 rotating roster
Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin or Japanese is advantageous Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment Currently hold or be able to obtain a valid NSW RSA CertificateWhat we offer you:Successful applicants will be enrolled in a training program titled "Crafting Service Excellence", delivered at Crown College by our in-house trainer. Crafting Service Excellence provides essential hospitality skills developing both knowledge on service and technique. Our Food & Beverage trainer will focus on key areas such as food service, table setting standards, introductory wine knowledge, the language of hospitality and much more.
