About the Park:
Inspired by the laid -back, relaxed atmosphere of Nambucca Heads, the V-Wall Tavern is casual dining at it’s best offering an array of classic pub meals and modern cuisine.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Tavern Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front of house responsibilities while building a sense of team spirit, including:
- Preparation of high quality food and beverages
- Ensuring consistently excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Ensuring all RSA and RCG requirements are met
- Maintain wastage at a minimum, ensuring stock is used to its full potential
- Assist with monthly stock take
About You:
You will be enthusiastic, customer-focused and experienced in a similar role. Skills and experience that would assist you to succeed in this role include:
- Current RSA and RSG
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within the Food & Beverage industry
- Confident ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
