Beechmont Estate is a luxury country retreat just outside the small township of Beechmont, near Binna Burra in the Scenic Rim. Just 90 minutes from Brisbane and 45 minutes from the Gold Coast, the 75-acre property neighbours the World Heritage-listed Lamington National Park. The property consists of 20 luxury cabins and pavilions and our award winning “Paddock” restaurant.

Strong wine knowledge and a passion for wines is essential.
Proven food and beverage experience within hotels or resorts is sought for this role with a strong focus on attention to detail.
The ability to deliver the highest levels of service for the restaurant operation along with memorable unique events and weddings.
Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations.
