Federal Golf Club is a member’s club but open to the public. We have a 7 day bar and the kitchen is open 6 days week. We have a good mix of coffee, wine, beers and food. The position will primarily be Tuesday to Saturday and has a great work life balance with not many late nights which is fantastic for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead from the front and optimise the operations of our Food & Beverage to ensure exceptional service standards for members and guests.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience and elevate the overall F&B offerings.
- Full control of the rosters while being supported by a Bar Manager, Functions Co-Ordinator and Head Chef.
- The role reports directly to the General Manager and has the ability to grow – this is a great opportunity to become more.
- Minimum of 5 years of F&B management experience
- Coffee and wine experience
- Responsible service of alcohol certificate
- Food handling certificate
- A sound understanding of the Registered and Licensed Club Award
- Must be a leader, who can show and explain what needs to be done
