SALARY PACKAGE: $80K - $90K + Super + Performance Bonus
THE COMPANY
Our multi-award-winning client is an Australian owned and operated Boutique Hotel and Spa in North Queensland. The are seeking a dynamic & genuine F & B Manager to drive the team to deliver a truly personalised service to hotel guests.
THE ROLE
- Oversee the success of the F&B department delivering memorable guest experiences
- Ensure effective staff management to meet daily operational requirements and financial budgets
- Budgeting and daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximized
- Rostering, planning and event management
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous management experience in a la carte dining and wine knowledge
- Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent
- International experience desirable
- Use initiative and a positive attitude to assist team members to ensure operations run smoothly
- Flair for service in a relaxed setting and superior communications skills
- Reliable and flexible with the ability to remain calm under pressure
