As the F&B Manager you will be responsible for guiding and developing the team of this multi outlet F&B department, overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the department.
You will have the freedom to be creative running promotions throughout the outlets. Working closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager this is a key role for the hotel. Areas under your guidance, the restaurant, C&E, Mini Bar and In Room Dining.

Skills & Experience
We are ideally looking for an experienced F&B Manager with several years of management experience within a multi outlet operation, experience within a hotel environment will be highly regarded.
We are looking for a confident leader with strong people and financial management experience along with a sincere passion for the delivery of great service.
