The Oxford Hotel has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join its award winning team in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

- Lead and control the venue's appearance and atmosphere whilst on shift
- Design attractive menus
- Develop a relationship with regular customers
- Follow Food and safety regulations.
- Order food supplies for the kitchen
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with Food and service.
- Manage Food and Beverage
- WHS knowledge
- Implementing policies and procedures within venue
- Proven ability in managing teams
- Ability to run a face paced hotel
- Hospitality Industry experience is a must.
- Previous supervisor and management experience of small to medium teams required
- You have the ability to meet and work towards both your own, the venue and companies goals and deadline
- We need somebody who thrives on responsibility but at the same time brings their ideas to the table
- High level interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
