What your role includes:
- Responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food and Beverage outlets across the hotel, including MEZE Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Conference & Events.
- You will be required to effectively lead a professional team, ensuring quality standards are high and team performance maintained to drive guest satisfaction and meet budgets.
- Ensure that the department operational budget is adhered to and be responsible for the department's financials.
- Be guest oriented and confidently build and exceed service standards.
- Effectively handle all stakeholder feedback.
Your skills:
- Experience in Food and Beverage daily operations management
- Strategic planning
- Open mindedness and creativity
- Team management, including training and developing, performance management, effective rostering
- Effectively operate in a busy hotel environment.
