Rydges Camperdown is a 146 rooms hotel located just minutes from the Sydney CBD. We are seeking applications from a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a Food & Beverage Supervisor role.
About the role
We are looking for our next Food and Beverage Supervisor Superstar, someone with a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will be motivated and have experience supervising and training a small team. It’s a fast paced and fun environment and we’re committed to offering great food and a fantastic beverage offering.
What does the role entail?
- A full time position with the potential to develop.
- Shifts will vary, it could be breakfast, dinner or looking after conferencing.
- Training new and existing staff members to the highest standards.
- Responsibility of how the shifts run and the clean down standards.
- Leading the F&B team on reducing wastage, customer service, cleanliness standards and Food & Beverage presentation
