Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking and creative leader with drive as well as attention to style, service, and detail to join our team of imaginative Heartists as our Food & Beverage Supervisor.
This is a fun & dynamic role and no 2 days will be the same. Part of the Accor group, Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is a 5 star hotel featuring 241 guest rooms, and several venues including an a la carte restaurant, a bar, buffet restaurant, room service and plenty of conferencing & events.

Job Description

• The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations with a focus on conference & events.
• Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, employee engagement and training & development etc.
• Catering to the needs of all guests to ensure requests and needs are met.
• Liaising with relevant departments with regards to Food & Beverage distribution e.g. Kitchen.

The successful candidate will have the following;

• Passion for Food & Beverage service and guest engagement - always seeking to find the YES in every situation.
• Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry
• Strong sales approach and passion for driving and generating business.
• Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
• A hands on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy.
