Duties:
- Housekeeping duties
- Food and Beverage – Waitressing / Bar work
- Must have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Highly organised and have the ability to follow procedures & make suggestions
- General Cleaning
- Public area cleaning
- Other duties as required

- Must have previous experience
- Previous remote area experience highly regarded
- Must have good attention to detail
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure & independently
