We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Line Leader. If you have worked in the FMCG industry with ready to eat experience coupled with excellent leadership capabilities, this role is for you.
This is a hands-on role, and as the Line Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient running of your line and team.

The Role:
A Line Leader will assist the shift managers with day-to-day operations of the Food Production floor.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with Front Dock team members on materials needed for the day.
- Organising and ensuring stock issuing is complete each day.
- Guiding new team members through various roles and ensuring all training is delivered and complete in a timely manner.
- Assistance in GMP walks.
- Ensuring all materials are always labelled and stored correctly.
- Editing of WSI’s and SOP’s on process or equipment change
- Engagement with the Trainer and Assessor on all training requirements
- Engagement with other Line Leaders on supply and demand.
- Monitor, comply and continually implement the Company’s occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage team members responsible for writing records and that documentation is accurate
- Conduct daily product and process monitoring.
- Reporting of non-compliance issues and implantation of corrective actions
- Accountability of HACCP and GMP for the whole line
- Coordinate and liaise with the Production Shift Supervisor in relation to staff and Production Line requirements.
- Leading, coaching and training in the development of shift employees.
- Experience is ERP preferred, but not essential.
- Support management in continuous improvement.
