The RoleAs the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the firm. You will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis processes, providing key insights to support decision-making and drive business performance. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with senior leadership and contribute to the continued success and growth of their organization. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and evaluate investment opportunities.Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A operations.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to provide informed recommendations. Your Skills & Experience - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field.- CPA or CA qualified or working towards your qualification. Big Four experience will be highly regarded.- Professional services industry required.- At least 5 years experience in accounting/analytical experience.- Advanced experience using financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamic, SAP, Excel etc.- Ability to communicate complex financial information to the broad audience.- Strong presentation and storyboarding skills Apply today!
