Due to recent growth, we are now seeking a Growth & Support (G&S) Officer to join our team.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, and as part of the wider Growth & Support team, the G&S Officer will play an active role in developing our Franchise Partners to ensure they can grow sustainable and effective businesses. Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Collaborate with our Franchise Partners (FP's) and Growth & Support Manager to analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), providing practical advice and Support to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their daily operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact to the Franchise network within allocated regions, ensuring regular communication to keep abreast of any key challenges or opportunities.
- With support of the Growth and Support Manager, providing coaching support, guidance and training to FP's on Total Fitouts processes, procedures and systems assisting FP's in overcoming any challenges in fully utilising these processes/systems etc.
- Assisting FP's in determining business growth strategies (workforce planning) and making sound decisions in regards to team Growth and recruitment.
A bit about you?
- Ability to build strong relationships, you have a genuine passion for helping others to achieve their goals and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
- An ability to coach, develop and Support FP's to effectively implement, manage and deliver on their individual business plans. Experience in sales or client experience advantageous.
- A calm, empathetic and positive individual, who is a natural at supporting others to succeed.
- Demonstrated experience with internal software/systems such as CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in delivering business training and education support services advantageous but not essential.
- Based on the Sunshine Coast and happy to travel interstate from time to time.
