ICT and AV Support Officer who will work with the ICT systems staff on technology initiatives and projects.The role holder is required to demonstrate competency involving self-directed application of knowledge of audio-visual equipment and services; install and deploy new equipment and perform hardware/software upgrades and installation.The
ICT and AV Support Officer supports the ICT Systems Administrator deployment of laptops and devices, including imaging, tagging, and other preparation tasks.The role holder operates within the Catholic Educational environment and culture and will be supportive of the mission of the College.Typical duties performed include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support for college staff & community.
- Use Help Desk software to monitor, log, track and communicate IT helpdesk tasks and assets.
- Assist the ICT Systems Administrator with technology projects.
- Install, trouble shoot staff and student devices.
- Support Printing Services at the College.
- Manage the daily monitoring, installation and maintenance of AV and ICT systems.
- Other duties as delegated by the Principal and AP-Administration.
