Discounts on health insurance products, retailers, gym membership, paid parental leave, social team events, The Role:Managing up to 70 inbound calls per day regarding fraudulent activity with credit cards and banking. Providing excellent customer service to clients and investigation of the fraudulent activity.
Entering information into the database, liaison with other departments such as IT and the Fraud Investigation units. Work towards weekly KPI’s and adhering to call quality. Demonstrating Empathy and resilience when dealing with distressed customers.
