New Role- CARTAGE COORDINATOR
With my client's business flourishing, they're in search of a seasoned Cartage Coordinator to join the operations team.
- Coordinate timely deliveries & inform clients
- Arrange quarantine inspection bookings as per directions
- Accounts receivable and monitoring COD payments
- Manage the status of jobs through maintaining accurate data within CargoWise and communication exceptions and delays to stakeholders
- Arrange in accordance with customs require
- Book cartage with internal or external carrier
- Plan internal truck run sheet & updating timesheet
- Advise external customers of delivery notice
- Inform customers of delays
- COD checklist for outstanding payments
- Client Empty Form to external FCL client
- Processing Empty returns to external FCL cartage provider.
- Registering airfreight B Jobs
- Booking Quarantine Inspections as per directions
- Follow up outturns reports for B jobs
- Action outturn reports
- Monitor shipment custom status via ICS
- Liaise with interstate office and arrange local cartage
- Minimum 12 months industry experience, have sound knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Cartage Coordinator role
- Knowledge of customs and Freight Forwarding terminology
- Keen focus on details coupled with efficient organizational abilities.
- Effective task prioritization in a fast-paced work environment.
- Dedicated client focus, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
