About the role
This opening is for a Freight Admin Clerk to join our Team at Karawatha immediately
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role
The working hours for this role are 18:00 – 02:00. This role will ideally suit somebody that is seeking PM/Night work. The successful applicant will also be eligible for a Shift Allowance.Create manifests, scan paperwork and ensure documentation is compliant Assist revenue controllers with RPS and process proof of deliveries (POD’s) Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks
Debrief our drivers ensuring paperwork has been completed correctly
Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner
Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required
Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular…
