What you'll do
You will perform daily Freight Office activities concerning freight invoice reconciliation, ad hoc jobs scope, financial and admin reporting. Ensuring Freight Office processes are deployed and followed and accurate.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day Freight invoice reconciliations, including ad hoc scope and in line with the Freight Office task processes and guidelines
- Manage day to day systems uploads and TPS workflows
- Generate freight cost, payment and other regular admin reports as set by the Team Leader
- Supporting Team Leader with ad hoc reporting task as required
- Supporting Claims processing task
- Office Administration experience
- Intermediate - Advanced excel skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High level time management
- Transport knowledge and experience would be an advantage
