Freedom Forklifts on the fabulous Gold Coast requires the services of an enthusiastic punctual Administration assistant to join our busy and professional Admin team to help make it complete. Some Training will be supplied.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Assistance with answering phones from customers
- Hazard monitoring
- General day to day office duties and assistance to the office manager
- The ideal candidate for this position
- Ability to work within timeframes and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work as a team throughout multiple locations
- Attention to detail
- Baseplan software experience preferred but not essential
- Material handling industry experience an advantage but not essential
- Reliability is essential
Full time position Monday to Friday
