Biosymm currently has an exciting opportunity available for a friendly and professional individual to join our Accounts teams. The role is being offered as a full-time position, however, part-time will be considered for the right candidates.
The successful candidate will be reliable with an excellent work ethic and will have clear, confident communication skills. They will also have an eye for detail, a systematic approach, and the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks accurately within a high-pressure environment.
Working in a small team you will primarily be responsible for accounts receivable tasks and data entry within the Accounts team. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Working with the Accounts team to complete accounts receivables functions,
- Data entry, reporting, and overall assistance in the preparation of financial reports,
- Purchase Order Management
- Debtor Management
Requirements for role:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Hold a valid Australian driver’s license
- Previous experience within the health or medical industry is desired.
- Knowledge of Practice Management software such as Nookal, or Front Desk and/or accounting software such as Xero, would be highly regarded.
- Experience and confidence with computer use and IT, including MS Office, would be highly regarded.
- Prior experience in an accounting clerk or bookkeeping role, would be highly regarded
