$700 - $1000 per day Job Description:
As a Senior React Developer, you will be at the forefront of creating complex, user-centric financial applications with the goal of improving the user experience and expanding our clients platform capabilities. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and development team to architect, build, and scale new features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-performing, scalable, and secure client-facing web applications using React, with a focus on maintaining code quality and modularity.
- Build and maintain backend services using GraphQL to enable seamless data exchange between the client and server.
- Apply Python skills to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize the backend components alongside the existing team of backend developers.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the financial services sector and apply this knowledge to create intuitive solutions that meet the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the industry.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting architecture improvements and recommending process enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and convert them into robust and effective technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, assisting in their professional growth, and fostering a positive team culture.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in developing complex web applications, with a recent focus on React and its ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of GraphQL and experience in implementing GraphQL APIs.
- Strong experience with Python, particularly in the context of backend development.
- Track record of working in the finance sector, with an understanding of fintech compliance and regulations being highly desirable.
- Proficiency in modern development tools and methodologies such as Git, containerization, CI/CD, TDD, and Agile/Scrum.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
