Lead Front End React Developer- B2B Platform

Responsibilities:
  
As a Senior Frontend Developer with a focus on React, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the platform. Your responsibilities will include:
  

• Collaborating with the product and backend team to understand user requirements and business objectives.
• Designing and implementing innovative and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Leading and mentoring a team (mix of onshore and offshore) frontend developers.
• Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and user interface design.

  
Your Background:
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer with a strong focus on UI and design principles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Storybook components.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user requirements into elegant and intuitive interfaces.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Solid understanding of browser developer tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with backend technologies and API integration.
• Contribution to open-source projects or a strong online presence showcasing your work.
