The Role
We are looking for a customer focused superstar to join our Front Office team. This role is key to our property ensuring that our guests are greeted with smiles and warmth and are provided with the best service in accordance with the high standards of our Discovery brand in both the Front Office and the Food & Beverage. There is potential to cross-train in multiple departments.
Skills & Experience

• Fantastic customer service
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a multi diverse role across multiple departments
• Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and on short notice.
• First Aid Certified
