As Front of House Manager, working in our state-of-the-art office in Sydney, you will lead a team of enthusiastic individuals who are the ‘face’ of our business, providing exceptional experiences for all clients, guests and employees who attend our client services floor.
Acting as the conduit between our wider business and all facets of our operating team, you will ensure daily operations and client meetings/ events run smoothly, while also maintaining immaculate presentation of our client services floor.
You will enjoy leading and encouraging your team to provide the best customer service possible, including providing advice, training, and performance management as needed.
Day-to-day your key responsibilities will also include:
Developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Overseeing the ordering of all goods and services.
Ensuring budgetary and expenditure constraints are adhered to and ensuring awareness among team.
In conjunction with the Physical Security team, ensuring the safety and security of staff, guests and premises are assured at all times.
Ensure that all FOH staff comply with regulatory requirements such as Health & Safety, Fire Safety at all times.
About you
Your success in this role will rely on your strong organisation, customer service and communication skills, and your passion for providing a fantastic customer experience. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising work based on business needs, and have a positive, customer centric and can-do attitude.
You are a curious thinker and natural problem solver who enjoys improving processes and procedures to ensure your team are performing efficiently and enjoying their work. Ideally you have hospitality or customer service experience within the banking, hotel, professional services, or retail industry.
Some experience leading a team would be ideal, however is not essential for this role. Full training and development in leading a team will be provided for the right candidate.
